  I have struggled with weight issues my whole life, and each attempt to lose the weight was not successful long term and in some cases short term. With the help of Integrity Weight Loss Center, I've approached my weight issue with a lifestyle change as well as my personal DNA diet, which is opposite of every diet plan any doctors or others have ever had me utilize. The approach that Integrity takes is drastically different yet overwhelmingly effective. I've followed the program as directed, and with my improvement in health and loss of weight, my doctor has had me stop taking certain medications that are no longer necessary. I feel immensely better, have lost 70 pounds so far (10/2017), and feel like I have control again. This journey would not have been possible without the positive support and expertise of Dr. Sarah and Erin. Their dedication to their clients is phenomenal, and I've never felt alone on this journey.
