  I made my first appointment for a pedicure the day before, and it was cancelled the next morning due to the machine not working correctly. Things like that happen, so no big deal. However, when they left me a voicemail they didn't even try to reschedule. I decided to try again and booked an appointment for an ultimate facial. Received several email and text reminders. I confirmed my appointment by text. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment this morning and the door was locked. I'm still standing in front of the door (15 mins later) and still haven't seen anyone. No one answered the phone and no one replied to the "text only" number. You won't be earning my business, and I better not be charged a cancellation fee.
